"Avoid eating here at all costs...."

I was appaled by the service that I was given here today... Me and a friend thought it would be good to eat here. We arrived around about 1:10pm and we were the only people in the bar, we immediatly ordered 2 jacket potatoes which we thought would be nice and quick to make as we only had 1 hour lunch break. We waited for a while then realised 30 mins had passed I thought this was pretty odd as we were the first people in the pub that ordered food. I had to wait for the girl behind the bar (who had been away upstairs since we had ordered) to come back to the bar to ask her where our food was, she phoned the kitchen and told me that it would be 5 mins tops. We then thought our food had come when she brought over my friends food... I then had to watch other people get there food before me. I finally got my Jacket potatoe 5 mins before I was due back to work, which meant I had to rush it. To top it all off the food wasnt what I had ordered and I couldn't ask to change because I might have waited another 50 mins for another one, I advise the management to sort out there staff as they are dissorganised and they will lose alot of business over this if they let it happen again. Dont forget there is the exact same menu at The Prince Regent only a few steps down the road... I know where i'll be from now on..
