"First Pint of Bitters, I Fell in Love!"

A review of The Old Spring by Grace Cowell written on Saturday 28th of June 2003

I travelled to Britain from Canada in August 1998, while in Cambridge, for the first time in my life I experienced a pint of bitters. What a lovely introduction to what was to become a fond remembrance of my trip! I have thought about the Old Spring pub and how much I enjoyed that first British pint. The conservatory section was delightful and I hope to return at least once more in my lifetime! Cheers!!
