"Dissapointing"

A review of The Fort St George by James written on Tuesday 10th of June 2008

Newly reopened with untrained and inexperienced bar staff. Service at the bar is remarkably slow with huge queues building up even when the place is empty, it will not cope on a sunny weekend. Food is OK but with tiny portions you get far better value at The Old Spring. Constantly running out of stock (both beer and snacks) but this will probably improve with time. A disappointment, which, if it were not for the fantastic location, would be better avoided.
