Cambridge fellows:

Remember that old, cranky, gruff, pain-in-the-neck Pano and his beautiful wife, Genevieve? Remember eating that wonderful food (roast sucking pig, Dover sole, ... (groan), drinking that wonderful wine, Genevieve's desserts?

It's been 30-ish years and I still have such grand, fond, happy memories.

I hope you both in your new lives and families are happy and healthy. Such good people are hard to find. I will work hard to keep you fresh in my heart.

Pano, thanks for the keys to the kitchen after pub-crawling, thank you for the keys to your car, thank you for the after-work conversations over beer, hummus, sausage, and pita bread.

I just thank you.

Truly and sincerely, Ira
