"How do you do it?"

I live in Norfolk and have recently used three different Aldis stores. I'm just not sure how its possible for such good quality food (especially fruit and veg) to be so cheap. Normally the products would be class 2 or near to their best before date but this is not the case. Lots of people in the store were commenting on the prices but I just cant see how its possible. Can you please explain it?.
