"Lovely things - terrible communications"

I ordered a bespoke item from this shop, which I have loved and been a customer of for a long time. I am delighted with my shaker shelf, but the communications from the staff, and the time taking to complete my order were somewhat lacking, just glad I didnt order a kitchen!
