A review of Browns Restaurant by Marieanne McRandal written on Monday 17th of November 2008
Have been to Browns on several occasions and had a good meal in a pleasant atmopshere-. Took my son and his girl friend but was very disapointed. The atmosphere was pleasant but the food portions for the men were extremley small we had to request an extra bowl of chips to fill then up.My skate was swimming in excessive butter and was poorly presented. The wine list did not dispaly the price of a large glass of wine only the 175ml. I think that £5.20 per glass of the cheapest wine is rather excessive.I will not go back again and would not recommend it to friends or family any more it seems to have gone down hill. .
