I've had my hair cut at Essensuals, Cambridge twice and I must say I walked out of the salon each time a very happy customer!

The reason I go there is partly because I can download 20% off vouchers from studentbeans.com... So I only pay 33 pounds for a haircut+blow dry (ladies) which is not bad at all, although I do tip.

Today Ellie did my hair and she really did exactly what I asked her to... You know how a lot of hairdressers do whatever *they* want and don't really listen to you? I showed her pictures of the sort of hairstyle I kind of want and she knew exactly what I meant and did it!

All the staff there are very friendly and not imposing. They didn't try to hardsell me products either.

Would highly recommend the place to anyone living in Cambridge :).
