A review of Welcome Finance by Ms SG - Stop Hating written on Sunday 30th of November 2008

Ive had a loan with welcome for the last 24 months and have been dealing with the same person - when the shepherds bush branch closed my account was transferred to a different branch - however I was not advised of this before and created a storm with my account manager. By the end of the conversation I had never felt so bad about my self - the person was very professional and listen to what I had to say. Recently my account manager changed and I am now dealing with a totally different person who seriously need training. Fortunately for me my previous account manager has now been promoted to manager and fortunately for me still works in the same office and i can speak to him with rgards to my pymt or any other problems

Not all people are the same - and congrats to Mr V.
