"Poor service"

I have just eaten here. The food was OK -- at Pizza Express you know what you're getting -- and the room was pleasantly unrestaurantlike, but the service was extremely slow and full of mistakes, such as one pizza arriving a long time after the others and the bill being presented before one of the desserts had arrived at all (it had been forgotten about, except of course on the bill). Don't eat here if you're planning to go to the cinema afterwards ....
