"Tevion difficult to find!."

The phone number on the bottom of my Tevion mini-sat box could not steer me in the direction of a user manual. Could not even steer me in the direction of a phone number or website for Tevion! I was told to contact my local Aldi staff! Aldi stores are all ex-directory! I have spent a considerable amount on Aldi products and find this situation very disappointing.

The no 01422 263 270 is as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike..
