"Bad costomer service"

I have shoped at Aldi for some time now in Doncaster

I got all my Christmas shopping there and saw a shirt that I thought would fit my husband and added it to my shopping

when my husband tried the shirt on it did not fit so today I took it back and ask if I could change it for a larger size but unfortunetly I had lost the receipt

and was told by the manager he would not change it without a receipt I was so cross that I though it in his direction and told him to Keep it as it was no good to me as it did not fit and I felt as if he was accusing me of steeling it it is clear to me this young man has no customer service training what so ever and I was so made as I have a slip disc and it took a lot for me to travel there to feel umilliated

By this exspeariance I will not be shopping there again I have in the past bought Lots of good items from this shop includding My 42" Tv and sevral other large items but have neaver seen a notice saying if you loss your receipt you lose your right to exchange

A very upset and dissatifid customer
