I met Ivan through work - I assessed him for his NVQ. I found him to be a true "old fashioned" gentleman who cares about his customers and the standard of his work. He always explained things carefully to customers, making sure they understood what he would be doing and what the costs were. He only used the best quality materials and equipment. All the customers I saw him with had nothing but praise for his work.

A really nice guy who does quality work with pride..
