"Disappointing lunch"

A review of The Rupert Brooke by Beverley Clissold written on Thursday 12th of March 2009

Everything was going fine- lovely pub in historic Grantchester, until I came to eat my Sunday roast beef dinner. The beef was like shoe leather, and the yorkshire puddings were very burnt and had been sitting in a plastic container above the serving hatch (unheated). The food was served on a cold plate, so halfway through the meal the food was cold. Very disappointing and expensive. Had planned to go on mother's day with a group of people, but will definitely not bother again..
