"Whats in it for me?"

Its Saterday night and a good pizza from pizza hut will be quick and tasty yes? no! i ordered it at 8.30 and was told 40 mins, fair enough, at 9.45 (1hr 15 mins later) i rang back and got the famous line 'it will be there soon'. it wasnt! When it turned up nearly 2 hours late cold i rang back and asked what they would do, i assumed i would get it free, they wouldnt. They would either make me wait another apparent 45 mins and still pay, or take the food away and send me vouchers, leaving me hungry. i opted for the vouchers and am now waiting for dominoes. You would think a company as big as pizza hut would have a better customer service policy. Obviously not!.
