"What has happened to CB2?"

Not sure I can agree with the review on the main page. CB2 used to be a reliable and not too costly eatery with good simple food and attentive service.

However my experience from Saturday night was quite the opposite. Poor service with food that took ages to arrive. Added to that the place looked and felt tired and the toilets, always a good indicator of attention to detail, were filthy.

In addition it took ages to get a drink at the bar afterwards and not because it was busy but more that the barman REALLY REALLY needed to get those glasses dry and spotless with that oh so manky tea towel.

All in all I won't be going back for food and come to think of it a drink either! The compulsory service charge for the distinct lack of service is a step too far..
