"HELP"

I am so frustrated.I was bought a mp4 player because i was going in to Hospital for 3weeks, unfortunately the player ceased to work after a few weeks.The Aldi Manager in the Cardiff store was very helpful.He gave me a number to ring, i was told by the company Unisupport .com to send it by post and they would fix it.That was about 10 weeks ago.I have filled out the forms on the computer and sent them but to no avail.Aldi are not to blame but i would appreciate somebody taking notice of this.How can it take 10 weeks to fix..
