A review of Aldi by Peter Line written on Thursday 21st of May 2009
Over 20 customers at till waiting to be served, only one operator.ring bell three times, male person arrives to open another till, totally fustrated.
We load our good ready for checking, this take two minutes. then we start, products flying everywhere, not time to load in trolley, total disaster.
WHY CANT ALDI HAVE ANOTHER TROLLEY AT THE TILL,SO THAT CHECKING CAN START AS SOON AS CUSTOMER PUTS FIRST ITEM ON TILL. AT THE END OF TRANSACTION CUSTOMER TAKE THAT TROLLEY TO RETRIEVE THEIR MONEY, AND THEIR TROLLEY IS READY FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMERS.
THIS WOULD SAVE MUCH TIME AND FRUSTRATION.
THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT ALDI IS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE TILL.!!!.
