"ABSOLUTE CUSTOMER CARE!!"

Last week my daughter and I went shopping in the Grafton Centre, we started in Debenhams and ended in Debenhams. After purchasing quite a few items we went to pay for said items at the till in the cosmetic department - we were lucky to have DARREN looking after our purchases - we had several various vouchers to spend, not an easy transaction but Darren ably assisted by Brenda made the task look simple and fun. We both felt that we were the most important people there and would totally recommend a visit to this department if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. Thank you Darren for making our day..
