Thanks for the above phone number - it was REALLY helpful. I would advise against anyone to use the R.I. website for ordering. I was concerned that my order had not been addressed properly (i.e. the adressee name which I'd added did not show up on the delivery address on the confirmation email I'd got). I sent an email to enquire and 24 hrs later still had no reply and obviously without a phone number on the website, this made it very difficult to resolve. Anyway, I rang them now and said I'd had no reply to my email only to be told it takes 3-5 days for them to reply! I said I didn't think this was acceptable and was told it was unavoidable due to volume and if they actually put a phone number on their website then they wouldn't have this problem. Overall a v low 4/10 for customer service in my view :-( Let's see if my sister gets her parcel.....
