Chili's has been my favourite restaurant for 15 years - when I read the Salmon critique - not really a critique but a judgment from a very high position - I was shocked. To try someplace once then pronounce condemnation shows a total lack of experience with the tastebuds. Chili's in Cambridge was a lovely experience for me for many years and now that it has closed I cannot but think it may be due to the ignorant epithets of idiots like Salmon's..
