"Lack of staff"

I have been a loyal customer since u came to romford and recenly i have found the service in your romford branches to be very poor i have witnessed many customers leaving the stores aftre queing for a long time and in the end not buying anything i read in the paper today you are not getting any increase inthe market share i think that is the answer i have recently been put out of work after being a manager for nearly 40 years and i would love to get in some stores to train the staff in selling and customer service i do hope you do not mind my comments.
