A review of Pizza Hut by Debra Hamilton written on Sunday 19th of July 2009
On a recent visit to Pizza Hut Inverness, we were sadly disappointed to see that their standards have dropped drastically. Initially we waited quite some time to be seated when there were obviously many tables available. After being seated we noticed this was the case with many other customers who came in after us and could hear many customers complaining. At one point the Manager did appear, took a look at the queue, but did nothing about it.
Secondly, I ordered a "new addition" to the drinks menu Banana/Strawberry shake only to be advised they had ran out. 2 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon ????
Thirdly, the young girl who attended our table spent most of her time apologising on behalf of pizza hut for one thing or another and was very obviously under a lot of pressure.
Finally when my pizza did eventually arrive..... it was almost cold. The excuse was that as it was a Thin and Crispy it does go cold very quickly????
On the whole this was a very unpleasant experience. We did leave a tip, as our hearts went out to the staff who are very obvioulsy working very hard to cover for their employers failings..
