"Good Old Fashioned Service"

I've been using Two Ticks for a number of years to replace watch batteries. (They have recently moved into the Grafton Centre for those that don't know) My watch inexplicably starting letting in water and Two ticks couldn't have been more helpful and professional (having replaced the battery several months previously). Not only that, they polished out a deep scratch from the casing. A refreshing change from the usual grumpy service, shoddy workmanship and indifference one finds elsewhere..
