"Why can't I contact Aldi by email?"

Why can't I contact Aldi by emai instead of trying to contact them by phone, more expense & frustration at having to hold on all the time. My query is,

Why do Aldi having sold a succesful product a number of times then withdraw it with no information where to buy the product. ie I want to buy an excellent product called ANCOSOFT MULTI USEABLE GOOD BY DYE, which is a product used in the washing machine to avoid colour run. It is a German product (understandable) but none of the staff have any information about (a) the product, or (b)where it can be purchased from in England if Aldi are no longer selling.THIS IS THE REASON I WISH TO CONTACT ALDI BY EMAIL,

When I have any queries with products when I shop at Lidli the staff seem more informative about their products.

I LIKE ALDI BUT BEWARE LIDLI HAVE IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY THEY ARE BITING AT YOUR HEELS.
