"Aldi photo - a nightmare."

I've been using Aldi Phot (mailorder actually done by a company called Medion House). It's been very good on quality, price and deliver. When it works it works.

However, when they make a mistake, it's takes weeks and agro for them to manually go in and change or repeat the process. Normal excuses like not be avble on phone, slow response to email, 'it wasnt my fault', the previous person you talked with made a mistake, 'return the photos and well see what we can do...'

The system works, but people don't!
