"Badly trained receptionists"

Unfortunately, I have to agree with what has been said about the receptionists in this surgery. Most are extremely rude on the phone and not very pleasant to talk to in person either. I can only assume that they are badly managed and have not received proper training in how to deal with patients who need information/advice. This is a shame as once you are past the receptionists, the doctors are very supportive and professional..
