"B&q staff not all the same"

Being a B&Q member of staff i feel a bit down reading all the complaints about staff and attitudes. If a mistake is made by myself or the rest of the showrooms staff at our store we will do everything in our power to sort it quickly and efficently at no extra cost to the customer. I know that not all members of staff do the same but please do not tarnish us all with the same brush..
