"Poor Customer Service / Incorrect Orders"

Used Al-Amin for first time recently - never again.

They delivered the wrong food first time around and it took them a further 3 deliveries until they could get it right despite confirmations on the phone. We eventually sat down to eat 2 hours after the first incorrect order was delivered with not even an apology or any goodwill offer from Al-Amin.

This is customer service and incompetence at its worst.

The food was generally average, although the Peshawari naan I have to say was very good albeit cold by then!

With so much choice in Kingston my personal advice would be don't bother with Al-Amin.
