A review of The Free Press by Isobel Knight written on Thursday 4th of September 2003
I think that the this pub is excellent. It is no-smoking so you can stay out without stinking of cigarettes, they don't allow mobiles, so you can escape constant interruptions and they have board and card games for when the conversation dries up, or for when you want some fun.
The food is largely vegetarian, delicious with generous portions and extremely reasonably priced.
Good atmosphere and nice little garden..
