"Lack of email address"

We are in the 21st century an email complaint address is vital, Store managers are too busy plus they cannot be expected to deal with company policy, phone lines are a waste of money and one cannot always get through to the right dept. Emails are so simple, direct and provide a written record for someone to deal with at their leisure and then provide a positive reply.
