"Paid 100% advance not received item ordered"

On 24th Feb'10 I went in arena music, 222 Mill Road,Cambridge, and enquired about Lap Steel guiter.

Guys in the shop are extremely decent , they immediately enquired over phone and said one red guiter is available. So I placed the order and paid 100% advance. They confirmed they will inform me over phone once it arrives as I will have to collect the guiter from Shop.

But to my surprise for last 4 weeks every saturday I am going into shop and receiving a casual reply - "no it has not arrived". There is no sign of commitment - because I had requested them to let me know the status over phone, so that I don't need to come in the shop. but no one called. I tried to talk with them over phone, always it goes into voice mail. I am not sure what to do!
