I must have spent £3000 with these idiots last year renovating most of my kitchen, including electrics and a new ceiling, but they wouldn't give me a credit note for a poxy set of cabinet legs which I didn't need. They cost about £8. Simply because I could not show them a receipt.

I'm thinking of doing the bathroom in the next few months. Guess who will not be getting any of my custom for this. .
