"Pushy aggressive and not good for buyers"

This lot are extremely pushy and aggressive. I'm not one to be intimidated by the lower life form that is the estate agent. Constant/daily phone calls are par for the course. In saying that they are considerably better than other Cambridge estate agents (Cheffins, Russells, Tucker Gardner to name but a few). all they care about is rapid completion and getting the highest price for the buyer. Customer service (for the buyer) is not high up on their agenda. Then again one should consider that Cambridge has extremely low quality property on offer but supply is signifcantly lower than demand--hence the high prices. .
