"Great Bread too good to eat thinly "

A review of Days Of Ashwell by Mabel written on Friday 30th of July 2010

I love the GI loaf and tend to buy the small one because I find hand slicing the large one rather difficult. I'm OK until I get to the middle and then the slices are a bit wedgey! Unfortunately your slicing machine only cuts thinly and this makes rather crisp toast and is only just OK for sandwiches. When I told the shop assistant she said quite a few people have made the same comment. How about a machine that cuts a thicker slice? I would certainly but more bread if I had this option.

Many Thanks Mabel.
