"Abuse is no use"

As a long standing B&Q customer i think that their refund policy is fare and right.To return anything no matter who you are or how much you spend without receipt is careless, and allthough my store in northampton will always try to help, with so many offers on how are they supposed to know how much was paid without a receipt or even if the item was purched at all.One last comment to all those who abuse the staff at any retailer,for following company rules get a life..
