"Good service shame about the phones ."

I have to say i found it frustrating to get through to anyone by phone concerning some goods i had reserved.I couldn't get to the store to collect so tried to phone to let them know.Could i get through! No!.So i emailed them and what do you know in a few minutes i was called back explained everything and sorted.Brilliant but shame about the phone lines..
