"Never ending nightmare"

Welcome finance ,wish i had never heard of them. been rapaying a loan back for 5 years ??? a year ago i was informed that i now owe them 10,400, {ouch} and i have been paying £80 every week ,never missed.paid over £4000 of that sum,then today i was informed i now owe them 11,370 how can this be possible ???.i secured my house against the original loan, so i cant even tell them to clear off ,or they will make me homeless , can anyone help me,this nightmare is just getting worse.....
