I am a great grand daughter of Mrs Frank Cooper who created Frank Cooper's Oxford Marmalade so I know a good maramalde. The present Cooper's marmalde is not a patch on the original. I do love the sharpness of the lemon ma-made . There are lots of orange marmalades on the market but very few tart lemon marmalades. Do you have a stock of the lemon ma-made hidden away somewhere?.
