"A VERY disappointing experience"

We went to Pizza Hut on Colchester High street last night. What a waste of money and disappointing experience!!!! No one to meet and greet and we had to wait a long time outside to be let in, very dirty outside and inside the restaurant as one walk in. Meat feast not as we know it and really awfull. The salad bar was DIRTY as diners spilled salad all over the place also on the floor. And no member of staff to keep area tidy. I suggest you give spoons to serve salad with. It will be easier for customers to use. Dishes half empty or empty most of the time and just a mess!!! I suggest a member of staff keep an eye on this area all the time as it has become very unappetiting to look at the mess around the salad bar.

Staff were friendly, but clearly not enough waiters

In general no good vibe in restaurant. Could have done better by buying a Pizza in superstore and eat at home
