"Why Shout it Gets you nowhere!"

We bought 2 bikes last October to take to Spain on a caravan holiday. They were not the dearest and we were not too happy about rusting in certain places.On our return we showed the photos on our laptop to the very sociable manager. A week later we were told that they would exchange, and advised if we wanted to, move a little bit up the scale. This we have just done, with full credit on the original (including the extras which technically had nothing to do with the model and are not needed on the new ones).

Pleasant and dealt with in the correct manner we were polite and guess what so were they! HAPPY..
