"Paying for phoning Aldi & tech support 0844"

The problem with Aldi & their suppliers for customer back-up is they are using an 0844 number. This is NOT a freephone number. And for those of us on a phone package that allows 01 & 02 numbers for free this means we don't get to phone through a service we subscribe the phone companies for. And Aldi aren't publicising e-mail addresses either. So if anyone knows of the MD's e-mail address or the standard phone number to Aldi & also to Powercraft headquarters acn you please pass it on to me..
