"Great cut poor service"

I booked the appointment 1 day in advance and was told a price of 32GBP. Upon turning up for the day there was no where to sit and no one to greet me. I sat down, was told by a very poorly mannered girl that she would wash my hair. I then had it washed by her and was passed off to a syleist. I sat there, not spoken too for 5 minutes while she finished her previous client. I then had a lovely hair cut by a talented stylist. I didn't get a coffee or tea offered to me, although I did notice toward the end of my cut. Too late to ask for one as I was nearly done. Finally was blow dried. I went to pay and was asked for 48.50GBP! I explained that's not what I was quoted, so we compromised on 37.50GBP. I wasn't very pleased with that. I then didn't leave a tip. Which is disappointing because the styleist was the best part of the experience, but the other parts of the experience really let me down..
