"A pleasant afternoon in the sun"

My partner & I went there on a warm sunny day in summer. We had a very enjoyable afternoon eating fairly standard but nice enough pub grub and quaffing guiness and a jug of pimms :) The staff were ok and everything seemed clean enough. The outdoor area goes right down to the river in a series of decked 'terraces' so they've made good use of the plot. I found it perfectly pleasant and wanted to post something more positive & up to date for this place..
