"Contacting local branch IMPOSSIBLE"

Contacting my local Greenwich was impossible.....118118 gave me a number to ring but it took AGES so I ended up using the old fashioned method of writing a letter asking my greenwich branch to contact me as .....all i wanted was to set up an appointment with the same person i had seen the day before.......why isneverything so difficult?.
