"Kind staff but totally clueless"

I recently opened an account with them and this was a nightmare. I had to come four times, as they kept asking for new and different proofs of address, employment, tax status etc., each time telling me that they had double-checked everything and then suddenly discovering that they needed yet another document. Nice people otherwise, smiling, apologetic, but hopelessly incompetent..
