Training is done on the minimum hours the store can manage on. As those hours are never enough to do set urgent tasks then training us in a wing and a prayer. The stress of the job means loads of staff leave hence always loads of vacancies. They expect you to so much out if hours that they won't pay for. CEO has no idea what's going on. Old boys club attitude. .
