"Ignorant staff"

Ever time I go in to Aldi store in Pocklington in Yorkshire there are very long queue's and when we say any thing about it we get ignored and nothing is ever done about it, unless 2/3 customers complain together, they wont get another till open, and it puts people off from shopping there. .
