"Bullied ,insulted by DWP advisor "

l am an JSA claimant now ,after loosing an Atos appeal in court that l could not attend ,

l am sick with COPD AND DEPRESSION ,.and have undergone therapy with an NHS psychologist ,l take medicine for both ailments

l was insulting and bullied by one of the advisor at Cambridge DWP office in Chesterton road ,and indirectly accused of lying and he confused me with comments not related to the work programs or relevant considering my illness ,l felt insulted disrespected severely , l cannot find a complain procedure on line , l am 59 yrs. of age and part disabled with my COPD ,35 YRS service to this country ,l was a hard worker as its normal for me ,l wish l can be helped ,but the advisor is not there to help you hes there to intimidate you , something has to give ,.
