"Poor customer service and workmanship"

I've been here a few times and I have no idea why I kept going back beyond the fact that they were just around the corner. Their servicing is shoddy, they're pretty expensive and when the work they've done to my bike has broken shortly afterwards they've charged to resolve a problem they created..
